Polymeric Pipe Free Powder is soluble in both water and Mineral Oils. It may be diluted to the Required Levels by the additions of Ester or water or Diesel or Base oil to about 30-55 lb/bbl to prepare a concentrate. Subsequently it is mixed in a concentration of about 3-10% in the drilling fluid to reduce the Deferential Sticking.
It may also be weighted to the desired Level by the addition of Barites or hematite . Used to free stuck pipe which has down hole problem frequently encountered in drilling operations.
