It increases mud density and is often preferred over barite because it is acid soluble, allowing easy cleanup after completion. The material is ground into three distinct size ranges: Coarse, Medium, and Fine. Our calcium carbonate is exported worldwide and trusted for consistent quality.

Calcium carbonate serves as both a bridging agent for sealing permeable zones and a weighting agent for controlling fluid density. It performs effectively in oil‑based and water‑based fluid systems. The acid‑soluble nature of calcium carbonate makes it the preferred choice for reservoir drill‑in fluids (RDF) where formation damage must be minimized. Our three graded sizes allow precise matching to formation pore throat dimensions.
